The 2008 mid-year rugby Test series (also known as the Summer Tours in the Northern Hemisphere) refers to the Rugby union Internationals played from May to July 2008, mostly in the Southern Hemisphere. For Australia, New Zealand and South Africa they constitute preparation for the 2008 Tri Nations. There will also be a short tour for the Barbarians.
